

Ohio University’s History Department will host the annual Lazaroff Memorial Lecture in Jewish History on Wednesday, March 5, in the Baker University Center Theater.
The event , which is free and open to the public, will begin at 7:30 p.m. In addition, a pre-event reception will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Baker University Center Lounge.
This year’s lecture, "Toward a Definition of Medieval Antisemitism," will be presented by Dr. Maya Soifer Irish , who is an associate professor of history at Rice University in Houston.
All students, faculty, staff and area residents are invited to attend.
