Participants will explore strategies to spark curiosity and engagement with STEM fields through hands-on activities, project-based learning, and career-focused discussions. The session will highlight resources such as internships, mentorship programs, and industry partnerships that connect students with real-world STEM experiences. Attendees will also learn how to introduce students to a wide variety of STEM careers, including those that are less traditionally visible, and how to foster an environment that encourages students from diverse backgrounds to pursue STEM pathways.
