Careers with a Chemistry Graduate Degree

Graduates with a Ph.D. in chemistry typically pursue academic careers (typically following post-doctoral appointments) and R&D positions in chemical and pharmaceutical companies.

The M.S. degree prepares students for a variety of professional positions and for graduate studies, in sectors including the pharmaceutical industries, analytical service laboratories, government laboratories, and biomedical and industrial laboratories.
