There are four new tabs in the OBI Grants General dashboard:
- Grants Installment Status
- IDC Acct Setup
- IDC Awd Setup
- IDC Dist Amts
The Grants Installment Status dashboard provides details regarding the installment(s) for each award. Multiple prompt combination options are available as well as drilldown by Award for details by Project and Task.
Use Grants Installment Status:
- For a “snapshot” of the total funding amount by installment on an Award
- For Start Date and End Date of each installment to identify the valid date range
- To verify if the installment is currently active
- To drilldown on the Award to see installment detail by Project and Task
The IDC tabs provide details on the Facilities and Administrative (F&A) / Indirect Cost (IDC) distributions to departments and faculty Research Incentive accounts.
Use IDC tabs for:
- Looking up the transaction detail of a distribution to a Research Incentive account
- Reviewing the burdening rate on an award
- Reviewing the distribution percentages
- Reviewing the accounts to which the distributions are made
- The breakdown of the distribution of an award
