Each year, the Ohio University Music Industry Summit features an exclusive gathering of prominent artists and music industry leaders for informative panels and compelling interviews, as well as networking and learning opportunities, performances, and more for registrants.
The Summit is open to both students and professionals at no cost, with both in-person and virtual options.

Hip hop artist, writer, lyricist, and producer Earl Sweatshirt joins us on April 9 for an exciting exclusive artist keynote conversation, hosted by New York Times Music Journalist Marcus J. Moore. Please note: This is a keynote conversation and NOT a performance.

Jason Isbell
Six-time Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, and guitarist Jason Isbell will give a featured artist keynote during the day programming on April 10. He will also perform our Closing Night Concert that evening at Templeton-Blackburn Memorial Auditorium.

Ambar Lucid
Mexican-Dominican artist Ambar Lucid will join the Summit on April 9 for a keynote discussing her career and unique brand of psychedelic latin pop. Her music has allowed her to navigate her struggle with depression and, in turn, has inspired a growing community to find light in the darkness through her art.

Opening Night Party, Presented by 10K HumansApril 9, 8-10PM | Stuart's Opera House10K Humans presents the Opening Night Party for the 6th annual Music Industry Summit at Stuart's Opera House on Tuesday, April 9, 8-10 PM! Summit registrants and the general public are invited to join for a fun evening featuring a DJ set by J Rawls. This is a FREE event but registration is required. 18 and up event; attendees 21+ will receive 2 drink tickets.

Hosted in their historical building, StewMac is the leading global tool expert on how to Make Guitars Better! FREE to attend but RSVP is required for those 18+. Official After Party, Presented by Midnight MusicApril 10, 9PM Doors | The Union BarMidnight Music will host the Official Summit After Party at The Union Bar. Featuring performances by local artists: Loljack, Vonoski, Weongo, Cano & J Tolb, and Auburn Hill. Doors open at 9PM. $8 cover at the door; open to anyone 18 and up!
