On Nov. 6, around 100 students from HLTH 2020C, taught by Juli Miller, implemented Sexual Violence Awareness Day on campus to fulfill the course's service learning project requirement. The class chose sexual violence as the project's focus. The day encouraged students across campus to participate in activities to learn about consent and how to be a better bystander. Stickers and bracelets were available for purchase and students had the opportunity to take a pledge to be a better bystander. The class raised over $800 for OHIO's Survivor Advocacy Program.
