Nelson Court offers a diverse range of dining concepts, including daily vegan and vegetarian optionsto support a variety of dietary preferences. Unlike The District, gluten- and nut-containing foods are servedat this location.

Central Food Facility(CFF) is a centralized food processing facility, located on Ohio University's West Green. CFF consists of a central kitchen, large-scale bakery, vegetable processing kitchen, and central warehouse. Food and baked goods are prepared and distributed to Culinary Services venues as well as some outside vendors.
