Faculty
The following faculty are eligible at any FTE level: Tenure track Professor, Tenure track Associate Professor, Tenure track Professor, Assistant Professor of Instruction, Associate Professor of Instruction, Professor of Instruction, Assistant Clinical Professor, Associate Clinical Professor, Clinical Professor, Visiting Professor.
Administrative, AFSCME 1699 and AFSCME 3200
Full and Part-Time Regular, and Full and Part-Time Term employees with an FTE of .75 or greater and appointments greater than 120 days are eligible. Part-time employees with “grandfathered” status remain eligible.
Affordable Care Act Qualifiers
Under the Affordable Care Act, any employee deemed eligible for benefits due to working 30 hours per week or greater during the university’s standard measurement period. Human Resources will notify employees if they qualify for benefits under this definition.
